Candidate Development

  • We pro-actively call “strangers” to develop new candidates whom the Partners assess throughout the search.
  • Partners, clients and the search team talk weekly or biweekly on regularly scheduled status calls.


Assessment & Closure

  • Partners interview all candidates who pass a successful phone screen and prepare Candidate Reports for client review.
  • Candidate Reports provide comprehensive background on career history and include compensation information and candid, written assessments.
  • Park Square conducts formal references on candidates, verifies educational information, and consults with and assists the client in offer negotiations.
