Kaia is a Research Associate at Park Square.
In her role, Kaia is engaged in building market intelligence, identifying candidates and prospects, and performing organizational mapping for our searches across Park Square’s industry practices. She graduated salutatorian and summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. While at Dartmouth, Kaia worked as a Residential Advisor, was a qualitative researcher for the undergraduate research department, and served as a student leader for the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy. Outside of work, you can find Kaia baking, reading a good book, thrifting, or making a sweet treat run with friends.
