Kate Cook serves as an advisor to the Board and executive team of Park Square Executive Search, particularly with regard to organizational development and growth.
She was previously a Managing Partner within Park Square’s Technology practice, where she partnered with Chief Executive Officers, board members and private equity investors to recruit executive leaders. In addition to her client facing work, Kate served as the operational leader of Park Square and helped the company professionalize its recruiting, training, retention, and professional development programs.
Prior to the founding of Park Square, Kate was an Associate in the Boston office of J. Robert Scott, a global retained executive search firm, where she recruited C-level executives into investor backed technology companies. She initially joined the firm as a Researcher and quickly took additional search and operational responsibilities.
Kate graduated from the Honors Program of Boston College with a B.A. in English, magna cum laude.
