Aaron is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Park Square Executive Search.
He is a recruiter and provides executive talent management counsel to CEO’s, boards, and investors on a global basis. He has worked with leading private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, as well as growth oriented public companies. His vertical expertise spans the technology sector, from software and cloud, to Internet infrastructure and communications, to robotics and IoT, as well as technology enabled services. From a functional perspective, Aaron’s search engagements focus on the CEO and C-suite, from sales and marketing to financial and technical leadership.
Prior to Park Square, Aaron was with J. Robert Scott, a global executive search firm that had been a portfolio company in the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments. Aaron built and led the firm’s technology practice and worked with leading investor groups and management teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia to build world-class organizations.
Aaron also founded Compstudy (www.compstudy.com), a comprehensive annual survey and analysis of board and executive compensation for privately held Technology and Life Sciences companies. He and his partners at Park Square continue to produce Compstudy and do so in collaboration with Professor Noam Wasserman of the University of Southern California and partners from the law firm WilmerHale.
In addition to his work with Park Square, Aaron is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, including serving on the Board of Directors of Israel & Co., a non-profit organization working with more than 50 of the leading MBA, Law, and Public Policy programs globally, bringing current and future leaders to Israel to get a firsthand look at innovation at its peak.
Aaron holds a B.A. in Anthropology as well as an M.B.A. from Boston University.
Aaron and his wife Lauren have two children, Sophie and Sammy. In his spare time, Aaron plays tennis, runs and CrossFits, and is a voracious consumer of music. On the off days, he can be found stoking the embers of his VW-sized Texas BBQ, mixing up a Scoville scale busting homemade hot sauce, or trying to create the perfect Spotify play-list.
