Alison Finn is a Partner in Park Square’s Life Sciences practice.
Based in Boston, Alison brings deep domain expertise across the life sciences ecosystem, advising organizations at key clinical and commercial inflection points. Alison has fostered deep trust with clients and established a stellar track record in executive recruiting by pairing disciplined assessment with thoughtful alignment between leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Park Square, Alison was a Partner at a multinational search firm where she was an inaugural member of the life sciences practice and helped scale it to 35 team members worldwide. Before that, she began her executive search career at a boutique search firm serving the biopharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device sectors.
Earlier in her career, Alison worked in corporate communications at Becton Dickinson and in marketing at Boston Scientific, where she supported the company’s endoscopy business. As an operator, she saw first-hand how organizations work to bring life-changing products and therapies to patients.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross where she was a Division I rower and studied abroad in Beijing. She lives in Boston with her husband, daughter, and pittie mix pup.
