Ashley is a Principal in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice at Park Square where she partners with growth-oriented companies to recruit impactful senior talent and to meaningfully influence organizational development. She is focused on leading and executing searches across the C-suite and at the Board level.
She brings nearly a decade of experience as a search professional and enjoys advising clients throughout the life cycle of the search process from defining the unique recruitment strategy to ensuring successful candidate closure. Ashley partners closely with both operational executive leadership and premier venture capital sponsors across the life sciences and healthcare sector. She works to understand the nuances of the client’s needs and becomes an extension of them in the marketplace in order to present compelling candidates that will resonate across multiple dimensions.
Prior to joining Park Square, Ashley spent five years with Bank of America in New York as an Assistant Vice President. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College where she majored in communications and minored in French. She also studied abroad in Rennes, France. She is a classically trained ballet dancer and had the privilege of working with the Balanchine Trust.
Ashley serves as a member of the Boston chapter of Women in Bio. She currently resides in Melrose, MA with her dog, Ellie. In her spare time, you can find her rooting for all the Boston sports teams, enjoying brunch in the city, or soaking up the sun by the pool.
