Ashley joined Park Square in January 2026 as a Partner in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice, where she serves as a trusted executive search partner and strategic advisor to clients building high-impact leadership teams across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and adjacent life science sectors. She partners closely with founders, boards, and senior executives to align talent strategy with critical business milestones, from early clinical development through commercialization and scale.

Prior to joining Park Square, Ashley worked for over a decade at two boutique retained executive search firms specializing in life sciences. During this time, she led and supported searches across the Board, C-suite, R&D, Commercial, and Operational leadership functions, partnering with organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to established, global enterprises.
Based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Ashley brings a strong concentration of experience across the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York life science ecosystems, in addition to having worked on searches throughout the US and internationally. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
