Bob joined Park Square in January 2026 as a Partner in the Technology practice, where he serves as a trusted executive search partner and strategic advisor to clients building high-impact leadership teams. He focuses on recruiting commercial and go-to-market leadership for public, private equity, and venture capital-backed technology companies. He works closely with PE and VC firms, boards, and operating executives to place board and C-Suite leaders who can drive value creation, professionalize operations, and scale businesses through critical inflection points.
Bob brings more than 30 years of experience across executive search and senior operating roles in technology, media, gaming, and consumer platforms. He transitioned four years ago into executive search where he has established himself as a trusted partner to technology CEOs and investors. Previously, Bob held senior operating roles across some of the most influential digital media and technology companies of the past two decades. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Imgur, where he rebuilt the company’s advertising strategy and grew brand advertising revenue by more than 500%, partnering with Fortune 100 advertisers. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Fandom, where he launched and scaled the global sales organization, established international operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, and supported multiple institutional growth financings.
His career also includes leadership roles at IDG Entertainment/GamePro, AOL GameDaily, Dialpad, LookSmart, and CNET Networks, which has afforded him with a deep, operator-level understanding of how leadership decisions impact performance, valuation, and exit outcomes.
Bob serves on the National Advisory Board of Graywolf Press, the acclaimed nonprofit literary publisher. He holds a degree from the University of Vermont in economics and political science.
Outside of his professional work, Bob has a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He is an avid hiker, hunter and fisherman with lifelong experience exploring the Northern California wilderness and Downeast coast of Maine.
