Caity is a Principal at Park Square, where she partners with growth-oriented technology and life sciences companies to identify, recruit, and secure top-tier talent to drive organizational success.
Caity works across each of the firm’s practice areas and is involved in advising clients on all aspects of the search process including recruitment strategy, candidate development, and successful closure. She specializes in partnering with founders and CEOs as well as prominent venture, growth capital, and private equity sponsors on Board and executive level searches. She is committed to understanding the intricacies of a client and tailoring her approach to a search with a focus on presenting candidates who not only have the requisite skills but who also possess the right aptitude and cultural wiring to tackle the unique challenges of a role.
Prior to joining Park Square, Caity worked in higher education advancement for both Harvard Business School and Boston College. Her work focused on supporting alumni engagement and partnering with university leaders to help align the needs of the institution with alumni’s personal philanthropic goals. Caity is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross where she majored in Sociology and Pre-Medical studies and was inducted into the Alpha Kappa Delta International Honor Society.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Caity currently resides in Charlestown with her husband Connor and Cockapoo Birdie. Outside of work, Caity is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys testing out new group fitness classes, skiing, and honing her golf game (a perennial work-in-progress).
