Caity McGuirk is a Partner in Park Square’s Technology Practice.
Caity is a Partner at Park Square, where she leads executive level searches for growth-oriented technology companies in the software and technology-enabled services industries. She specializes in partnering with prominent growth capital and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on Board and executive level searches. Caity has deep experience recruiting CEOs and their direct reports including financial, go-to-market, and product and technology leadership. She is committed to understanding the intricacies of a client’s business and culture and tailoring her approach with a focus on presenting candidates who not only have the requisite experience, but also possess the right aptitude and cultural wiring to tackle the unique challenges of each role.
Prior to joining Park Square, Caity worked in higher education advancement for both Harvard Business School and Boston College. Her work focused on supporting alumni engagement and partnering with university leaders to help align the needs of the institution with alumni’s personal philanthropic goals.
Caity is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross where she majored in Sociology and Pre-Medical studies and was inducted into the Alpha Kappa Delta International Honor Society. Caity resides in Boston with her husband, son, and Cockapoo pup. Outside of work she enjoys trying out new fitness classes, honing her Mahjong skills, and spending time with friends and family.
