Chloe is Head of Research and Operations at Park Square.
She is responsible for overseeing the research team, who specialize in market intelligence, candidate identification, and organizational mapping across our education, life sciences, and technology practices. She also runs operations for the firm, where she is responsible for internal recruiting, accounting, human resources, and IT. She joined Park Square as a Research Associate, where she worked on a variety of searches across each of the firm’s industry practices.
Prior to joining Park Square, Chloe graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and French. She then studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she received her Master of Arts in Teaching Latin and Classical Humanities. She subsequently taught Latin and French to middle school students. Chloe now lives in Cambridge, and, in her spare time, you will find her playing the ukulele and exploring the area with her family and friends.
