Jonah leads retained searches across a wide array of functions within the life science, techbio, and medtech industries. He partners with C-suite leaders, boards, venture capital firms, and private equity sponsors seeking to spur innovation and create impact in their respective fields. Jonah has experience recruiting senior leaders into a range of companies, representing all different sizes and stages of organizational maturity.
Jonah prides himself on a white-glove approach to executive recruiting, and his earnest desire to build productive, long-term relationships is evident to both clients and candidates. Moreover, Jonah’s talent for creating authentic connections and facilitating thought-provoking discussions between parties has forged his reputation as a community-builder.
Prior to joining Park Square, Jonah spent a decade advancing from Associate to Partner at a boutique search firm focused on serving life science and tech businesses anchored on the West Coast of the US. Before entering the executive search profession, Jonah worked in the field of education at multiple institutions of learning.
Jonah received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and he earned a master’s from the University of California, Davis. Jonah is based on the San Francisco Peninsula where he lives with his wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, Jonah enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through swimming, biking, and hiking, and reading acclaimed non-fiction books.
