Kate Cook is a Partner and founding member of Park Square Executive Search.
She partners with Chief Executive Officers, board members and investors to recruit executive leaders in the technology ecosystem. Kate has experience recruiting across the C-suite with an emphasis on go-to-market, finance and technology executives. Her industry experience spans enterprise software, tech-enabled services, mobility and IoT. She has worked with the portfolio companies of growth equity, venture capital and private equity firms across the US, as well as in Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining the firm, Kate was an Associate in the Boston office of J. Robert Scott, a global retained executive search firm, where she focused on searches in the Technology sector.
Kate initially joined J. Robert Scott as a Researcher and quickly took on a series of broader roles including serving as Head of Technology Research, where she assisted with Business Development strategy for the firm’s Technology practice, and also led global recruiting, training, onboarding and development for the firm’s Research team.
Kate is originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She graduated from the Honors Program of Boston College with a B.A. in English, magna cum laude. She lives in Newton with her husband Jeff, son Graham and daughter Maggie. Outside of work, Kate is a founding member of Urbanity Dance, a Boston-based contemporary dance company. She has taught classes, choreographed, and performed with Urbanity throughout New England. Kate has also taught ballet at Boston College and is an accomplished pianist.
