Michelle is a Principal at Park Square, where she works with organizations at the forefront of science and technology to help build preeminent leadership teams.
Michelle works across each of the firm’s practice areas and is involved in advising clients on all aspects of the search process, from strategy through candidate development and closure. She specializes in Board and Executive level searches, including C-Suite and functional leadership, partnering mainly with Founders, CEOs, and venture capital and private equity firms as well as premier research institutions.
Prior to her career in executive search, Michelle began in professional services as a Public Accountant. She earned her CPA credential while at PwC and ultimately specialized in providing tax compliance and consulting services to the nonprofit industry as a Senior Tax Associate at RSM. After graduating magna cum laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, she spent a year volunteering full time as an AmeriCorps member with City Year. Michelle has brought her passion for philanthropy into her corporate career and leads corporate social responsibility initiatives at Park Square.
After spending time in New Jersey, D.C., Philadelphia, and San Diego, Michelle now resides in Boston. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books, watching the Phillies, paddle boarding, and spending quality time with friends and family.
