Rachel is a Research Associate at Park Square.
She is responsible for market intelligence, candidate identification, and organizational mapping across our education, life sciences, and technology practices. She graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. While at Brandeis University, Rachel led an after school program that provided academic support and mentorship to children living in a low income housing community in Waltham, MA. Her love of travel took her abroad to Copenhagen, where she spent the semester striving to find the best coffee shops and pastries. She was also a research assistant in a Social Psychology lab at Harvard that focused on intergroup relations and unequal power dynamics. Originally from California, she now lives in Somerville and is still learning to survive Boston’s long winters. In her spare time you can find her exploring the city, cooking new recipes, or spending time with friends and family.
