Roland is a Research Associate at Park Square.
He is responsible for market intelligence, candidate identification, and organizational mapping across our education, life sciences, sustainability, and technology practices. Roland graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Philosophy. At Brandeis, he created the Men of Color Alliance, was a member of the Allocations Board, and competed on the Club Tennis Team. During his summers in college, Roland interned at the North Carolina and Hurricane Island Outward Bound schools where he was trained to instruct weeklong backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, and sailing expeditions. In his spare time Roland likes backpacking, playing sports, cooking, and training his two bird dogs Deuce and Trey. During the searing Atlanta summers, Roland’s favorite activity is to float down the Chattahoochee River in a canoe with his dad and younger brother.
