Teresa is a Research Associate at Park Square.
In her role, Teresa is engaged in building market intelligence, identifying candidates and prospects, and performing organizational mapping for our searches across Park Square’s industry practices. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Religion. During her time at Holy Cross, Teresa worked in the Office of Admissions, where she provided administrative and operational support and assisted in organizing interdepartmental events to support academic initiatives. Prior to her career in executive search, Teresa worked in both the higher education and healthcare industries. After graduating, she worked as an Academic Program Specialist in the Chemistry Department at Boston University and more recently, she was an Office Associate at Karavolas Dentistry. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys curating new recipes, reading, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
